What's the Constitution Hash​

If the DAO has a constitution, this document can be hashed and put on the blockchain. This constitution hash can then be transparently seen by all DAO Members, to always check if the DAO Constitution they have at hand is indeed the official DAO Constitution. Because even if just a comma is added to the document, it’s hash changes completely. Because the DAO Constitution can be incredibly important to a DAO, the constitution hash is the first element shown on the Dashboard.

The Constitution document itself can be stored anywhere. Because it will always be possible to take the hash from this document and compare it with the hash that is stored on-chain.

Mint Tokens​

After creating a DAO in the Dashboard, the DAO creator (if the DAO token was also generated through the Factory) can mint tokens that were created specifically for the DAO. The DAO creator can mint them to any address and select how many tokens to mint.

Expert Panel Members in each panel​

In order to appoint Experts to an Expert Panel, it is necessary to create an EP Membership Vote to add a new user to the Expert panel as a candidate. After that, the DAO Members vote to decide whether to add the proposed Expert or not.

The addresses of all current EP Members are listed in the Dashboard for their respective Expert Panels. This way, the DAO Members can always check who is in which panel.
